[It seems she's been trying to do her own quirky landscaping thing to the garden, though clearly a work in progress. Only an eighth or so seems to have her influence as of yet, and there's some unattractively dug up earth still visible over there. The rest is a slightly more mundane hospital garden. The whole arrangement is under a fairly good projection of a sky -- walled in, but 95% accurate artificial clouds and sunlight]
